Again I waited, and waited - no deposits. 5 emails later I found a phone number to call, and the customer service rep told me they were aware of the issue and would resend the 2 deposits.
I inquired further, and they stopped replying. I contacted customer service by email and they wrote back a vague email about not being able to verify my account. Then I waited, and waited, and the deposits never came. I received a confirmation email that everything was complete, and I just had to verify the 2 deposits in my bank account. I tried to sign up with Melio to process business payments, and went through the entire process of providing all my business information (enough to be very dangerous).
